I haven't been in the sewing room since Sunday when I had my mishap.....my arm has been too sore.
I did go to work Wednesday and Thursday and did everything bar lift heavy things.
So not much has happened in the last few days.
I've been reading......nothing painful in that.

Oh dear Michelle. Take care and rest it as much as you can. Only a little bit of sewing or it will take longer to mend.
