We had some very welcome rain during the night.
It was very nice to hear on the roof too......we have nearly forgotton what it sounds like.
We had a handfull of jobs to do in town this morning.....it doesn't help that it's Easter and that there are 2 public holidays mixed in as well before we go.
More packing this afternoon before we had to take Jacob to his girlfriends and then for us to meet DH's mum , step-dad and sisters for tea.
Mum and Bruce came and got the cupboards today......
Mum will come over tomorrow and dye my hair and I will dye hers........I will be blonde again !!
DH commented today that my hair resembled a certain metalic colour.....he's very cheeky !
No sewing today.
The girls laid 12 eggs over the last 2 days.

What 2 public holidays do you get? I only get Friday off for Good Friday but the bank and post office, etc are still open. Have a great Easter and enjoy your last few days at "home"! And Happy Birthday just in case I forget!
