What a chilly start to the day.
I even had to put my cardigan on....!
Work was really busy , which I like.
DH and Zachary are having fun fishing.
They caught a catfish today and a turtle......both went back in the water.
This afternoon Mum came over and she made 3 lots of bindings and started on the borders of the granny square quilt.
I made the binding and bound the quilt I quilted yesterday.
So I have another for the hand stitching pile......

The 2 red ones are for 2 quilts that have just been quilted , they should arrive this week........so I have 2 more quilts to bind.
The blue is for the granny square quilt.
The girls laid 12 eggs over the last 2 days.

One of my favourite things about quilting is hand sewing the binding to the quilt. You are on the homestretch to having another beautiful quilt ready for use!
I see you are well prepared for some finishes. You and your Mum work well together.
Hand sewing is relaxing and therapeutic for me... just wish I had more time to do that.
It's been so hot your way lately that it's hard to imagine that it was chilly enough for a cardigan already!
