Family Time

This morning before our visitors came I finished my Jelly Roll Race Quilt.
Those 2 last seams fly by, compared  to the first couple.
I am very happy with it.
Even with trying to separate the colours , all the reds seems to have ended up in one corner.

Mum and I put together the shelving and have made room in the cupboard, so now I can just about swing a cat.

My Dad and my Brother got here just after lunch.
I haven't seen them both since June 2010.
When we live over 500kms from each other it gets a bit hard.
We have had a great night. DH cooked a BBQ and we made some salads. Zac helped me make the curried eggs. ( That got rid of some )
He did the piping of the yolk mix back into the eggs.

Grandma is going to go for a little holiday and spend a few days with Dad.
Mum will bring her home when she goes to my Uncles funeral on Thursday.

The very pretty pink climbing Rose.

With all our excitement tonight we forgot to get the eggs.

Until Next Time.

Your jelly roll quilt turned out nicely... and after the first seam, the rest go very quickly, esp the last one!

I'm glad you had a good time visiting with family... curried eggs are a great way to use accumulated eggs from the girls!
