School Holiday's

 No. 27 finished.
The left bottom corner of the quilt with the blue half diamond added. I did it today while watching the BLUES win their game. Go the Blues !!!
No. 28. The middle done and below a little bit more.

For tea tonight we  decided to use the left over roast beef from last night to make shepherd pies. It was the first time we have used the pie maker. In total we made 16 pies. Not bad for leftovers.
And dessert, apple pies with our own apples that Grandma lightly stewed and froze. The freezer has quite a lot of apples in it.

It's the first day of school holiday's and Zachary is already bored. He sent a text asking his Uncle if he could bring his boys around to ride their motorbikes and ride in the buggy. They came around after lunch and had a great time out in the wood yard and gliding strip. They all had a layer of dust on them from doing dounuts.
When they came in for a break, Grandma gave them some cake she had made this morning ( they ate half of it ) oh well they are all growing boys.

DH was welding shelves in the glass house today. And if the weather is ok tomorrow he will do more.

I had a bit of a lazy day . We slept in until 8.30 but didn't get up until 9.00. I think I could have stayed there all day. Except that we were hungry.

I did get all the boys school uniforms and DH's work uniform all washed and dried though, so I wasn't quite the lazydaisy today.

The girls outdid themselves today ,they layed 9 eggs.

Until Next Time.
